May have gone a bit too far on this one.
Today, Miss Thavel decided to punish me for not doing my homework again. I got angry because she was always targeting me — and ONLY me. Edward NEVER turned in his work, and he was still jumping around.
And yes, I asked him about this too. All he did was shrug and say, “I don’t know!”
At that, I was driven livid. Then I realized something.
Remember how I said that the Cult taught me how to lie, cheat, and pickpocket? Well, it actually came into play! I managed to swipe Miss Thavel’s car key off her and take it for a spin at night when she was still working after dismissal.
It was fun at first, but… I may or may not have run over someone.
I’m not gonna go into the details, but it was pretty brutal. I panicked and threw his body into the alleyway. I didn’t have a knife back then, but I did have a box cutter, so I chopped off the dude’s body parts (the one with my fingerprints) and ran. I threw them in the lake or something, I don’t know.
When I got back home, my mom was already asleep (per usual). I snuck to my room, quietly showered, and hit the hay. I somehow got some sleep, woke up, and brushed my teeth. Right now, I just got out of the shower. Really, the reason I'm writing this is to past the time waiting for breakfast.
